Skytrax SL: New Portable Lightweight Aircraft Tracking

Skytrax SL is our new portable, lightweight aircraft GPS tracking device integrated with both a satellite transmitter and GPS receiver. It is quickly and easily mounted inside aircraft. It can be moved between aircraft within a fleet to maximize
your investment in situational awareness and safety.

	NEW ATTRIBUTES OF THE SKYTRAX SL Greater Altitude Maximum: 51 000 ft, Speed threshold has been increased to 750 kts, Forced Landing Point, New smaller form factor (4 x 6 x 1 in.). Lighter weight: 175 gm. (less than lb.)
	AFF - AUTOMATED FLIGHT FOLLOWING Skytrax SL is AFF compliant enabling U.S. and Canadian contractors to firefighting agencies to send 2 minute transmissions directly to central servers such as the USDA National Fire Safety Centre in Boise, Idaho.
	WHEELS UP/WHEELS DOWN AND SKIDS UP/SKIDS DOWN INFO. Skytrax SL automatically detects and transmits the critical transition points at which an aircraft begins its taxi run and/or initiates takeoff and landing.
	STORE AND FORWARD Save transmission costs by bundling multiple stored GPS positions into one transmission (e.g. send 3 GPS points every 10 minutes). Points can be viewed using Maptracs to give you accurate ‘cookie-crumb’ trails.
	TRANSMIT ON MOVEMENT Configure your Skytrax SL to collect and transmit data only when the aircraft is moving and therefore reduce transmission costs.
	ACCURATE FLIGHT PATH TRACKING Skytrax SL can intelligently collect only those GPS locations that best define the aircraft track. This feature can reduce transmission costs or provide enhanced resolution.
	SUPERB WEB-BASED MAPPING Position and attitude data from single aicraft and fleets can be plotted automatically to the best web-based mapping available, Guardian Maptracs. Maptracs requires no installation and enables you to View maps from anywhere via a web browser.
