Tracer 3 Plus (Tracer 3i/o) uniqueness is its rich input and output functions; it is ideal for unattended monitoring applications. Connect digital sensors, analog sensors, there is even digital output permitting the Tracer 3 Plus to power on a sensor. Tracer 3Plus is line powered with battery backup, with line power priority; back-up batteries are standard AA which can provide over 2 years of operation in low volume reporting applications.

RUGGED WEATHERPROOF ENCLOSURE
Tracer 3P is enclosed in a completely waterproof enclosure, rated to a depth of 100 feet. It has an 8AA battery holder integrated in a clamshell design and internal power switch. It even floats! It has been field tested under extreme environmental conditions to ensure reliable usage in outdoor applications.

EXTERNAL POWER WITH BACKUP BATTERY OPTIONAL

Tracer 3 can be powered with external input voltages ranging from 9 to 28V DC. A battery backup option is available for Tracer 3 enabling more than 2 years of operation while disconnected from external power.
GPS DATA, SPEED, HEADING
In addition to accurate longitude and latitude data, speed and heading information is available enabling the most detailed position information in a tracking product.
 
Store and Forward
 STORE AND FORWARD
Multiple GPS points, sensor readings and event information can be stored then sent in a single transmission saving communication costs.
SCHEDULED TRANSMISSIONS
Guardian Tracer 3 can be set to transmit at preset weekly or daily recurring schedules allowing you to send transmissions only when required.

BUSINESS RULES ENGINE
Tracer 3 enables you to modify not only the rate and timing of transmissions but also the conditions under which the unit transmits by applying "If...Then" rules.
