Stephane has more than 26 years of experience in the satellite communications business. In his career, Stephane has launched numerous products and services in the commercial and government/military markets. He has held many roles throughout his career, including manufacturing, satellite network operations, product management and business development globally for small and large enterprises. This broad industry experience has made Stephane successful in his 11 years at Guardian Mobility, providing overall management, strategy and vision for the company. He is focused on developing products and providing solutions that meet the mission-critical needs of Guardian’s customers. Stephane holds an Electronic Engineering diploma from Algonquin college. He is an avid lover of the outdoors and enjoys spending time coaching football and adventuring trails on his side-by-side all-terrain vehicle.

Giles is one of the most recent additions to the Guardian Mobility team and brings broad experience in the UK Air Force and satellite tracking services to our organization. Giles previously served 19 years in the UK Air Force as a communications officer completing tours in Falkland, Iraq and Afghanistan. His greatest achievement was working in the Joint Helicopter Command to lead in equipping every UK helicopter with a satellite tracking system. Following his career in the Air Force, Giles worked in business development for EMS Satcom (now Honeywell) and later founded his own company offering satellite tracking services to Canadian and U.S. Armed Forces. Giles holds a certification in Project Management PRINCE 2, the European equivalent of PMP. He also holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Information Technology, a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications from Open University and an MBA Professional Certificate in Management from Open University. Away from work, Giles plays competitive squash year-round for various leagues in Ottawa. He is also an avid boater and enjoys spending time on local lakes and rivers.

Fabian brings a vast amount of accounting experience to the business as a certified CPA qualified accountant but also has a key role in the strategic business development of the company. He is well qualified in his BD role with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana. Fabian enjoys the global aspect of the business and seeing how the services provide a positive impact on their company and the surrounding community. In his spare time he enjoys traveling with his son and wife, cheering on their favorite football teams (Saints and LSU), grilling, and volunteering with local organizations.

Anderson brings more than 25 years of experience in Telecommunications Engineering, Project Management and Customer Support Management to his role at Guardian Mobility. Anderson is passionate about providing assistance and support to Guardian customers. Anderson holds a variety of certifications including Project Management and Bookkeeping from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology and an MBA in Project Development from Getúlio Vargas Foundation in Brazil. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Telecommunications in Brazil and completed coursework in Electronics Engineering Technology at Francisco Moreira de Costa College in Brazil. In his spare time, Anderson enjoys volunteering with various organization and participating in sports and activities with his family.

Robert is a key member of the Guardian Mobility team who enjoys taking on the technical challenges of continuously evolving technologies. Robert has 13 years of experience with Guardian and previously worked on the development of ITU X.400 (messaging) and X.500 (directory services) technologies and their deployment to market. Robert holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Royal Military College of Canada. Robert enjoys playing ice hockey for several recreational leagues and kite-skiing when the lakes are frozen. In addition, Robert spends time at home tending to his two beehives and chicken coop.

Ryan began his career with Guardian Mobility in 2010 and currently serves as a Product Manager. Since coming on board in Guardian’s Production and Shipping Department, Ryan has grown in his role with the company and has assumed additional responsibility as an IT Specialist and System Administrator. Ryan enjoys the opportunity to work with the highly-motivated and skilled team at Guardian to build products and observe the impact they have in the world. Ryan holds a degree in Computer Programming from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys archery and shooting sports, as well as reading, playing guitar and staying updated on the latest tech.

Rich’s broad industry experience in software development and communications equipment design make him a valued member of the Guardian Mobility team. With 15 years of experience at Guardian, Rich enjoys creating new products that meet customers’ needs and making those products successful in the marketplace. Rich has prior industry experience in various sales roles with OrbitIQ and Intel and designing communications equipment at Gandalf. He is a graduate of University of Waterloo with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Rich enjoys fishing and camping in his time away from work, as well as being a ham radio hobbyist and electronic music fan.

Diana has joined Guardian after graduating as a Computer Programmer from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and technology and made the Deans honours list. She is motivated to learn in her new technical support role and brings multi linguistic skills in English, French and Arabic and has some business analyst experience. In her spare time Diana enjoys spending time with her family and playing a variety of sports including soccer.

Conner is one of the most recent additions to the Guardian Mobility team, joining with over 5 years of experience in the satellite tracking and communication industry, focusing on command and control (C2) systems within the commercial, military, and government markets. Conner is a strong leader and has worn many hats in his career with the primary ones being product and business development where he has led projects from conceptualization through to delivery and after delivery support. In his new Account Manager role, Conner plans to leverage his strengths of taking complex solutions and products and explaining them in simple terms to assist customers in selecting the best fit to solve their unique challenges and requirements. Conner is passionate about learning in formal and non-formal settings and is currently pursuing his MBA in finance at the Australian Institute of Business while working full-time at Guardian Mobility. In his free time Conner likes to stay active by participating in several sports and can typically be found hiking and camping on the weekends exploring our beautiful country.
